Shipping policy

Cost: Free shipping on orders over $60. $7.95 flat rate on orders under $60.

Timing: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 7 to 12 business days to most of Australia. Remote areas can take a little longer.

Tracking: You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Lost or late orders: If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at tumblenestshop@gmail.com. We'll resend it or give you a full refund.

Where we ship: We currently ship within Australia only.
